Does anyone here have experience in using the Google Marketing Platform products, particularly the Surveys & Optimize? How do the free and paid versions differ? Does anyone have an idea on how much these cost? Are there alternatives that are better?

For background information, this would be for a non-profit website that averages 10K sessions per month. As far as alternatives, the budget would be around 1K per month.
